Hosted by Danielle Trask:
Boys to Men Mental Health & Fitness
Our local Superstar Leon Stensholm hosts a panel of local advocates for boys' and men's local mental health and fitness. Our panel will share their own stories, offer support to our audience as we open the panel up for discussions around our featured topic. In these uncertain times, supporting good mental health should be a priority and we hope this community chat will help support, you, your friends family or just give you some needed information.
This event is open to anyone of mature age, males and females alike.
